At TodayStamps, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of our postage. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward returns and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your items. To be eligible for a return, your stamps must be:

Unused and in original condition.

In their original packaging (full, intact sheets, rolls, or books).

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the security and integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns for:

Partial sheets, partial rolls, or loose stamps that have been separated.

Stamps that show signs of use, tearing, or water damage.

Orders exceeding 60 days from the original purchase date.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at support@todaystamps.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged on arrival), TodayStamps will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

For all other returns (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 3–5 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to officially post to your account.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different design, please contact us at support@todaystamps.com.
7. Missing Deliveries
As stated in our Shipping Policy, if your order is confirmed lost by the carrier or has not arrived after a prolonged delay, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.
