2. Product Authenticity & Use
Authenticity Guarantee: TodayStamps guarantees that all postage stamps sold on this Site are 100% genuine, valid postage issued by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the Products only for lawful mailing purposes within the United States. Any unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or fraudulent use of the postage stamps is a violation of federal law and these Terms.
Resale: Unauthorized commercial resale of Products purchased from this Site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from TodayStamps.
3. Pricing & Sales Tax
All-Inclusive Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site include applicable sales tax.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, once an order is placed, the price for that order is locked and will not be adjusted.
Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

Our shipping obligations are governed by our Shipping Policy. Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS), the risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you. However, as part of our customer commitment, we offer a “Missing Shipment” resolution as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. By purchasing from TodayStamps, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the conditions of return, including the requirement for items to be in their original, unseparated condition.
